Glenn understood that customer satisfaction was the key to building Lanco Mechanicals, and it continues to be the company’s guiding principle today. Over the past 29 years, Lanco Mechanicals has built a long list of satisfied customers and a strong reputation in Lancaster County and surrounding Central Pennsylvania areas. But none of it would have been possible without the right team of professional, local plumbers and electricians. As a small company of 33 employees, the majority of our technicians have been with Lanco Mechanicals for between 5-25 years. You personally took care of us as if we were long time customers and close friends. Your phone calls to keep us up to date on all the work was very helpful and you even called us after the work was complete to make sure we were completely happy with the work and product.
Your mechanic, Dean, was not only professional; he was also courteous, neat, and clean with the installation of our shower in the master bathroom. He also took the time to explain how the new water controls worked and made sure we had all the paper work from the packages.
We will be sure to use you for any future work we may need to be done in our home.
